Andrey Vorobyov, Governor of the Moscow Region, approved the development of multi-storey residential buildings in a unique historical area near Mytishchi. Details at Rucriminal.info.
The construction will be on the site where the Taininskoye estate, a monument to Nicholas II, the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary is located — an architectural monument of the second half of the 17th century, the foundation of which was laid back under Ivan the Terrible. Grand dukes, tsars and emperors (Grand Duke of Moscow Vasily III, Ivan the Terrible, Peter I, Elizaveta Petrovna, Catherine the Great) lived in the estate for three centuries, the history of the estate is more than 500 years old. The center of the estate is an artificial island connected to the mainland by three collapsible bridges. The island housed a variety of palace buildings, a park, gardens, ponds, court outbuildings. Many of the buildings have been preserved in the cultural layer of the estate — 9 objects of archaeological heritage of the XIV-XVII centuries have been found on its territory. The only well-preserved building of the estate is the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary built in 1677. It also belongs to ancient Russian architecture, a very beautiful and recognizable shape of the roof and porch are borrowed from wooden architecture. An integral part of the palace estate are the surrounding landscapes, they have never been built up before, the estate still exists in its natural and cultural environment (floodplains of the Yauza, Sukromka, Borisovka and upland meadows) as many centuries ago.
Opposite the palace island, on the historic lands of the estate, the Government of the Moscow Region, together with the Ingrad company, plan to build cheap, super-dense multi-storey housing (up to 23 floors) with a total area of 0.86 million square meters. m.
Residents of Mytishchi have repeatedly appealed to the governor and the leadership of Mytishchi with a request to preserve the historical landscape of the Taininskoye estate. In terms of the number of votes, they entered the top three on the Dobrodel website, filmed a report with the federal Vesti, appealed to the prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee. The fact is that earlier land plots with cadastral numbers 50:12:0102309:4, 50:12:0102309:14 and 50:12:0000000:47, falling into the development zone, were agricultural lands and were federal property. But then they became private property, entered the boundaries of the village of Chelobitevo and changed their status to "land of settlements" for multi-storey buildings.
There are very few historical places like Taininskoye in Russia. Taininsky has everything to create a museum-reserve comparable to Kolomenskoye — the same palace village, or Tsaritsyno — the residence of Catherine II. It is possible to restore the hydrotechnical system of ponds, dams and bridges, a traveling palace, a park, a grain yard, a mill and other objects.
The organization of a museum-reserve on the border of Moscow and the region on the ancient path to the Sergius Lavra is an idea that is so obvious, beneficial for the preservation and promotion of the national cultural heritage, beneficial for the development of tourism and for comfortable recreation for residents of Moscow and the Moscow region, as far as the authorities are currently far from it .
